Copyright Policy

1. Ownership

Upon full payment, ownership of completed deliverables transfers to the customer according to the purchased package.

2. Basic Package

Customers purchasing the Basic Package receive ownership for personal use only.

Commercial use is prohibited. Prohibited uses include:

Advertising
Business promotion
Paid campaigns
Monetized streaming
Commercial distribution
Revenue-generating activities

3. Premium Package and Higher

Customers purchasing Premium or higher-tier packages receive full commercial usage rights.

Permitted uses include:

Spotify distribution
Apple Music distribution
YouTube monetization
TikTok marketing
Business promotion
Advertising campaigns
Streaming services
Public performance
Commercial releases

4. Promotional License to Song Made For You LLC

Although ownership transfers to the customer, the customer grants Song Made For You LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, stream, publish, and promote completed projects for portfolio, marketing, advertising, educational, demonstration, and promotional purposes.

5. Private Projects

Customers may request that their project remain private before production begins.

Approval is solely at the discretion of Song Made For You LLC and may require an additional fee.

6. Customer Warranties

Customers warrant that all submitted materials are legally owned or properly licensed.

7. AI-Generated Content

Some or all deliverables may be created using artificial intelligence technologies.

Song Made For You LLC makes no guarantees regarding copyright registration eligibility, exclusivity, or future legal treatment of AI-generated content.
