By accessing or using Song Made For You LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Song Made For You LLC provides custom music, lyrics, songs, audio recordings, music videos, and related creative content that may be created in whole or in part using artificial intelligence technologies.

3. AI-Generated Content

By placing an order, you acknowledge that deliverables may be created using artificial intelligence tools and third-party software.

We do not guarantee that generated content will be completely unique or free from similarities to other AI-generated works.

4. Artist Style Disclaimer

We do not reproduce, clone, imitate, or guarantee the voice, likeness, style, identity, or performance of any specific artist, musician, celebrity, or public figure.

Any artist references provided by customers are used solely as creative inspiration.

5. Customer Submissions

You represent and warrant that all stories, photos, videos, names, voice recordings, and other materials submitted to us are owned by you or that you possess all necessary rights and permissions to authorize their use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Song Made For You LLC against any claims arising from submitted materials.

6. Copyright and Ownership

For customers purchasing Premium or higher-tier packages, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the customer upon full payment, subject to the promotional license granted to Song Made For You LLC.

Customers purchasing Basic packages receive personal-use rights only and may not use the deliverables for commercial purposes without obtaining a commercial license.

7. Promotional License

By purchasing our services, you grant Song Made For You LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, publish, distribute, stream, promote, and showcase completed projects for portfolio, marketing, advertising, educational, demonstration, and promotional purposes.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Website displays
• Social media posts
• Paid advertisements
• Promotional campaigns
• Portfolio showcases
• Marketing materials
• Email campaigns

8. Commercial Licenses

Basic Package: Personal use only.

Premium Package and Higher: Commercial use is permitted, including streaming, monetization, advertising, marketing, public performance, business promotion, and distribution.

9. No Guarantee of Copyright Eligibility

Due to evolving laws regarding artificial intelligence, Song Made For You LLC makes no guarantees regarding copyright registration, copyrightability, enforceability, ownership disputes, or future legal treatment of AI-generated content.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall Song Made For You LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
