Refund Policy

1. Custom-Made Products

All songs, lyrics, music videos, and creative deliverables are custom-made specifically for each customer.

2. Cancellation Before Production

Customers may request cancellation before production begins.

If production has not started, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. No Refunds After Production Begins

Once production begins, all sales become final and non-refundable.

Production includes, but is not limited to:

• Reviewing submissions
• Writing lyrics
• Creating music
• Editing audio
• Producing videos
• Preparing final deliverables

4. Subjective Creative Preferences

Refunds will not be granted because a customer:

• Does not like the artistic style
• Expected a different mood
• Prefers different lyrics
• Disagrees with creative choices
• Changes their mind

5. Revisions

Eligible packages may include revision rounds.

Revisions are intended to improve customer satisfaction but do not create refund eligibility.

6. Technical Issues

If a delivered file contains a technical defect, we will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace it.

7. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Song Made For You LLC before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Song Made For You LLC reserves the sole right to determine whether exceptional circumstances justify a partial or full refund.
